UAE addresses MUST include PO Box, full town/village name, and phone number. Incomplete addresses will result in return and require a reshipment fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note if you have ordered a hand-made item please allow up to 7-14 days before shipment for us to prepare it. (usually sooner)

Please ensure that you are providing the correct address at checkout, we are not responsible for wrong delivery, please also ensure to add a telephone number for international shipments.

Processing times 

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, (excluding weekends & bank holidays) though processing times may be longer during promotions, collection launches, or the Christmas period

Handmade items- Items in our store marked as "Handmade to Order" are available for purchase now. Please note that these items require crafting time, so their shipment time will be longer than our other items. Handmade items typically ship within 7-14 days You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your handmade item is shipped.

Pre-order items Delivery timeframes vary by product/pre-order, so please check the individual product page for details. We ship orders in one delivery to be kinder to the environment. If you're ordering both in-stock and pre-order items, separate orders are recommended, as we don't offer split shipments.

Customs & Duties

When shipping internationally, your order might be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by your country's customs authorities. These fees aren't included in the price you pay for your order, and you'll be responsible for them. Customs officials sometimes hold packages for inspection, which can delay delivery. Your local customs office can provide more information about potential charges. 

If an item has been returned to us due to refusal of customs charges, Mabe&A will arrange a refund for the jewelry order; shipping charges will not be refunded. If the customer received free shipping, any charges Mabe&A incurs will be deducted from the final refund amount.

If an item has been returned to Mabe&A due to incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, a re-delivery charge will be applicable. Please be aware that it can take up to 20 days (UK) and up to 30 days (international) for Mabe&A to receive the returned item via the postal service. Original shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer.

Late & Lost

Items cannot be replaced before they are classified as lost by the courier company, which is 20 days (UK) and up to 30 days (international) after the item has been dispatched. Delays on international orders are usually caused by customs. Please ensure you are tracking your item.

We understand that waiting for a delivery can be frustrating. If your delivery hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe and you believe it might be lost (check the above timeframe) please reach out to us at info@mabeanda.com with your order number. We'll immediately begin an investigation with Royal Mail. Once Royal Mail confirms the loss, we'll happily send a replacement. For lost packages, we offer replacements or store credit, but not refunds.

Unfortunately, Mabe&A cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that the tracking information shows as delivered

We are not responsible for any returned damaged or items lost in the mailing process (be sure to get a tracking number), customs or transit
