If I choose the wrong piece for a loved one, can I exchange it?

We do not offer exchanges but we do offer gift cards so your loved one can choose the perfect piece for themselves, please refer to our shipping and returns page for further info

How will my order be packaged? It's a secret!

Your order will be packaged in a box or a canvas pouch with mabe&A branded tissue, to add a personalised note with your order, go to your "cart" then "add order note" where you can write something special.

We do not include printed invoices or branding on the outside of our packages.

If you would like to purchase a gift bag with your order so your jewels will be ready to gift, just add "gift bag" into your cart.

What is the cut-off date for Christmas?

UK Orders

For UK orders the cut off date will be Monday 20th December via 48hours tracked postal service

International orders

Monday 6th December - However, please email info@mabeanda.com prior to ordering and we may be able to post at a later date.
