Returns
Please contact info@mabeanda.com within 14 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Please state your order number and the items you would like to return. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please ensure items are returned to us within 7 days of receiving the return address. Any returns received after this date will only be accepted at our discretion. Customers are responsible for organizing and shipping the item back to us. We highly recommend that you send all returns using a tracked and signed postal service and obtain proof of tracking information. All items that do not reach us are the customer's responsibility, and a refund will not be processed. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
Conditions and Exempt Items
Refunds cannot be given on any of the following:
- Pierced earring styles cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
- Personalized and/or bespoke custom-made items are non-refundable.
- Gift bags/boxes are non-refundable.
All Mabe&a’s products are quality inspected. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Refunds and Processing Time
We will notify you via email once we have received your returned items. The refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund.
Mabe&A reserves the right to refuse any returns received in unsatisfactory condition and/or that do not meet our return policy requirements.
Exchanges
(UK only) Please email us at info@mabeanda.com within 14 days of purchase. We are happy to help with exchanges; please note postal charges will apply.
Returned to Sender
If an item has been returned to us due to refusal of customs charges, Mabe&A will arrange a refund for the jewelry order; shipping charges will not be refunded. If the customer received free shipping, any charges Mabe&A incurs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
If an item has been returned to Mabe&A due to incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, a re-delivery charge will be applicable. Please be aware that it can take up to 20 days (UK) and up to 30 days (international) for Mabe&A to receive the returned item via the postal service. Original shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer.
Late & Lost
Items cannot be replaced before they are classified as lost by the courier company, which is 20 days (UK) and up to 30 days (international) after the item has been dispatched. Delays on international orders are usually caused by customs. Please ensure you are tracking your item.
Mabe&A does not refund or replace items that are tracked as delivered.
Warranty
Mabe&A will repair manufacturing faults for our jewelry within the first 6 months from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to not repair after this date. Please note that the warranty is void if any damage is incurred by the customer.
Please note that manufacturing faults do not include any damage incurred by the customer, such as perfume damage, heat exposure, bleaching, broken chains, chipped, cracked, broken, or missing pearls, gemstones, or crystals, general wear and tear, items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, tarnishing, discoloration, or faded plating.
Any lost items cannot be replaced or refunded.
To receive a refund, all Mabe&A jewelry must be returned in its original, unworn, undamaged condition and repackaged in all the original packaging. For items that are damaged or show any signs of wear, the refund cannot be accepted, and the product will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
